A venture-backed HR tech startup, was facing a critical stabilization crisis. Their platform’s “consulting workflow” was broken and non-intuitive, even the CEO couldn’t use it effectively for demos.
Having just secured a new round of funding, the company was under pressure to deliver but was “positioned to fail.” They needed an expert technical partner to rapidly take ownership, stabilize the product, and build a professional development pipeline to support future growth.
Stabilized the Application: We took full ownership of the codebase, triaged critical issues, and performed an "ER" style intervention to "bring it back to life."
Established Professional Pipelines: We immediately implemented a modern CI/CD release pipeline, allowing the team to "iterate well" and deploy code safely.
Re-architected Core Workflows: We partnered with the CEO to understand the deep-seated UX issues in the "consulting" module, the most-used part of the product and began the process of a full redesign and refactor to make it intuitive and consistent with the rest of the platform.
